Offerings.

I approach my work with intention. I believe every partnership is an investment in making the world a better place collaboratively.

Launching Programming

I am the founder of Girls, Write! a creative writing and publishing program for Black and girls of color in Boston. I’ve launched 826 Boston’s Youth Literary Advisory Board and was one of the leaders behind expanding their Writers' Room program. I launched the International Women's Writing Guild’s first mentorship and writing program.

As a writer, my work focuses on how women can use writing as a tool for healing and advocacy.

Book Production

I am a self-publisher. I’ve produced more than 10 books independently and in partnership with non-profit organizations. My speciality is producing intergenerational anthologies.

Speaking & Teaching

Over the years, I have led panel discussions, taught sessions on how to use writing as a tool for healing and advocacy, and facilitated author talks. Events and talks included Boston Book Festival, Boston Center for the Arts “Combahee Conversations'' series, Tufts University, and Northeastern University “Writers Week.”
